SHIPPING POLICY

Armen Watches offers free express shipping on ALL orders above $100 AUD in Australia.

We know you want your order on-time and undamaged, our process is as follows: ​​

Step 1:

Step 1 is the part of the shipping process that is handled by Armen Watches, this process takes between 1 and 10 working hours.

  • Once your order is received, your item(s) are quality checked by hand to ensure there are no damages or defects.

  • Your item's are then packaged.

  • Our shipping partner collects your order and handles the delivery from here on.

Step 2:

Step 2 is the part of the shipping process that is handled by our shipping partner, this process takes:​

  • Australian orders: 1 - 5 days.

  • International orders: 2 - 7 days.

Shipping Process

If a shipped order was lost or damaged, the shipping carrier must conduct an investigation. Please contact Armen Watches within 5 business days of the latest date that the order was expected to arrive, using support@armenwatches.com.au to initiate a tracker. If the package cannot be located, the shipping provider will process a claim for the package. Claims can take up to two weeks to process. When the carrier claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your shipped item(s), insurance reimbursement will be issued to Armen Watches, and the replacement item(s) will be shipped out. If the item(s) are no longer available, and a similar item is rejected, Armen Watches will refund your original payment.

If there are any noticeable discrepancies with your order or if the item delivered is the wrong item, please contact Armen Watches using support@armenwatches.com. Product discrepancies not notified to Armen Watches within 5 days of receiving the product, may not be eligible for replacement. Please do not use or unpackage items that you believe are incorrect as it may void our ability to exchange or replace the items.

Please contact us using support@armenwatches.com within 5 days of receiving your shipment if your item is defective. You may be asked to provide photographs of the discrepant item(s) to help us better assist you.

In the unlikely event that goods are received with damaged packaging, such as outer boxes, cases, instructions, manuals, etc. Armen Watches reserves the right to replace the original packaging of products sold herein. Armen Watches cannot guarantee a replacement of the manufacturer’s original packaging.

Armen Watches can only deliver to the countries that our shipping providers can deliver to. The links below show the destinations available using Auspost and FedEx. Locations outside of these regions may not be serviceable and a full refund will be processed if we cannot deliver your order to the desired country.
